We can hardly wait for it every year, and our bees feel the same way. They revel in the blossoming diversity in the city's parks, backyards, and allotments. And you can taste it, too. Goodbye winter!

Thanks to its lovely consistency, our spring honey is easy to stir. It sweetens our breakfast on a roll, as well as in yogurt or warm tea. It's also a delicious, sweet treat anytime.
