1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers through our online shop craftbeerland.com. Deviating terms of the customer are not recognized unless we expressly agree in writing.

3. Conclusion of Contract
1. Product presentations in the shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.
2. By clicking the “Place Order” button, you submit a binding order.
3. We confirm receipt of your order via e-mail. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. The contract is concluded only upon our shipping confirmation e-mail.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
1. All prices include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment is due immediately. In case of default, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees.
5. Delivery / Shipping
1. Delivery is carried out via DHL to the address you provided.
2. Delivery times are indicated in the shop and start after payment has been received (for prepayment) or after order confirmation (for PayPal).
3. If items are unavailable, we will inform you and refund any payments already made.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing (e.g., by e-mail).
• Consequences of withdrawal: We will refund all payments, including shipping costs (except additional costs for a different type of delivery than the standard delivery), within 14 days.
7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, please contact us immediately so we can find a solution.
8. Liability
1. We are liable for slight negligence only in case of violation of essential contractual obligations.
2. Liability for damages not caused by the delivered item itself is excluded.
