Inspired by the Mexican Paloma cocktail, Brava Spicy Paloma combines grapefruit, lemon, lime and habanero chilli in an alcohol-free kombucha with an intense character. Smoked salt rounds out the profile with a gastronomic twist.

Tasting profile

The opening is fresh and citrus-led, with grapefruit and lime at the centre. Habanero then brings clear, lingering heat, balanced by a lightly salty, smoky finish.
