CREW Republic beer: German craft beer with Munich roots

CREW Republic was founded in Munich in 2011 by friends Mario and Timm. The idea took shape after travelling through Australia and the United States, where they encountered a diverse and adventurous beer culture. Back in Germany, they set out to prove that the German Purity Law could also produce modern beer styles with expressive aromas and generous hop character.

The brand became one of the early names in Germany’s modern craft beer movement. Its beers combine carefully selected hops, recognisable styles and a contemporary interpretation of German brewing tradition.
