We want you to be satisfied with your order from Craft Beer Land. This page provides a clear summary of our return and refund policy.
This policy supplements our statutory Right of Withdrawal information. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer or warranty rights.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period generally starts on the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If several items from the same order are delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us clearly of your decision within the 14-day period.

Returning Your Order
After notifying us of your withdrawal, please send the relevant goods back within 14 days.
Please contact us at info@craftbeerland.com before sending your return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Please use the return address specified in our statutory Right of Withdrawal information.
Condition of Returned Products
Products should be returned complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
You may inspect the goods to the extent that you would normally be able to inspect them in a physical shop.
Where the value of a product has been reduced because it was handled beyond what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or functioning, an appropriate deduction may be made where permitted by law.
Products that have already been consumed cannot, by their nature, be returned as complete products.
Return Shipping Costs
For a return because you have changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We do not charge any restocking or return-processing fee.
If a product is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us. Returns relating to such problems will be handled without additional return costs to you where required by your statutory rights.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains a defective item or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund payments received from you in accordance with applicable law.
For withdrawal from the entire order, this generally includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
Refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We will process the refund no later than the legally applicable period of 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Exchanges
We do not generally offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where the applicable legal requirements are met. Examples may include:

goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised;

sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed;

other situations specifically excluded by applicable law.
Products are not excluded from the right of withdrawal merely because they are food products or alcoholic beverages. Any exception depends on the statutory requirements applicable to the individual product.
